Dealer registers to become a partner Dealer to list their vehicles in our portal, by submitting an application for approval.

Dealer application is reviewed for approval by validating submitted documents with regulatory authorities.

Upon approval, the Dealer account is activated with their selected plan with a 14 days free trial.

Dealer receive an approval email with account activation information, and instructional tutorial to get started.

Dealer can create Sales Rep/Sub accounts if needed, depending on the size of the partner Dealership.

Dealer add their vehicles to the listings with elegant photos and videos, for viewing by Shoppers and schedule appointments.

Dealer receives the appointment and review it to either confirm or cancel appointment based on our Test Drive distance criteria.

On the day of Appt, Dealer/Rep will depart, and send notification to Shopper to map-track vehicle en route to the Appt location.

The Dealer/Rep will communicate with the Shopper while en route, should he/she run into any unforeseen delays or issues.

Dealer/Rep arrives at Appt location and introduce him/her self to the Shopper, and verifies their driver's license.

Dealer/Rep and Vehicle Shopper go on the Test-Drive for 15 minutes duration. (Face Mask is required for both parties).

After the Test Drive, Dealer/Rep can answer any questions, and ask the Shopper if they want to pursue with the purchase or not.

Should Vehicle Shopper decide to pursue with the purchase, both parties will drive back to the Dealership and finish the sale.
